Which selection tools did you think worked best for specific types of elements in an image?
The magic wand definitely works well to select a uniform background.
What tools and strategies that you used to create your simple composite will you use in future projects?
I really enjoyed the ease of moving an image from one canvas to another by arranging them in the 2-up format.
In this module, you created the transparent images. How do you believe these images will be used in your future web design projects? What file type did you save your transparent images as?
Saved it as a PNG. Transparent images will be helpful for various reasons, but I find it especially helpful as a technique to get out of the 90 degree angles of other image types.
What challenges did you experience in the process?
Well, forgetting a step and having to start all over was probably the most frustrating.
What keyboard shortcuts are you using regularly now?
I would have to say that the space+option and space+command to move in and out of detailed areas are probably the most helpful shortcuts I have found thus far.
