I struggled with all of these tools. Eventually I discovered that the quick select was a good place to start, magnetic lasso was good for things that had already been cut out, and the magic wand was good for transparencies.
I got faster on every project. next time I will get a better camera and use better pictures! I used the control t option alot toward the end. I really got messed up when I saved the transparencies for web and then realized I had to do them over again. Twice.
Yes. I am a genius.
I think the biggest challenge is knowing where the tools are and what to do first. Its also always more difficult than you think its going to be.
