I also found the quick select tool
most beneficial while using the "bracket" keys to change size of
selector while getting into the close areas between toes and feathers. The
deselect tool also works in-between closed areas such as in the frogs foot. The refine image tools were very helpfull feathering, and enlarging outline or cutting in as needed.
Had lots of fun with the transform
tool for resizing and rotating items.
Using layers to control images and blending options helped keeping things organized. Putting layers into groups allowed rotating,
coping, and overlaying one set over another easy.
The gradient tool adds so much
interest and adding the same, colors that are in items make a cohesive picture.
